Vinyl Siding

The basic of the siding options, vinyl is a great and budget-friendly option for siding. It will not be as durable as cement board or other lap siding, but it should last you as long as you own your house.

Hardie and LP Siding

Hardie/cement board and LP/SmartSide are the more luxury siding options available. While Hardie offers a greater resistance to pests and weather, LP will be a more impact resistant option.

Brick and Masonry

Being the most durable, longer-lasting, and weather resistant, masonry is also the most expensive of the siding options. You get what you pay for in the long run with masonry, but price is the main barrier in choosing between vinyl or Hardie and stone siding.

Repair and Paint

Not looking to replace all your siding but still boost curb appeal? Exterior paint might be your solution! A new coat of paint on your siding, trim, and gutters can bring new life to your house, or a fresh stain or paint on your deck, fence, or pergola can protect it from future wood rot.
